About Janemarie

Real Estate & Property Management is in my blood. I was raised in this industry and naturally excelled when I pursued a career in property management and now in real estate. There’s a long version of this bio, but let me give you the shorter version:

I am a Realtor ® which is pretty much a super awesome match maker. For my clients that are buyers: We go see a couple homes (view properties), match you to your perfect home (submit an offer), we start wedding planning (enter escrow), and then BOOM! They are married (record & hand over the keys) and my job is done. I do the something similar for my clients that are selling: It’s similar to speed dating – get the property dolled up for multiple buyers to view, receive a couple of proposals (offers), when it’s a good match we start wedding planning (enter escrow), and then BA-DA-BOOM! The property is married (recorded) to someone new and my seller’s get paid!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

I am always looking for different ways to better anything, anyone and everything in my life! It comes natural to me and I thrive in the challenges.
