Fu’una (Kameko Branchaud) is a representational artist working in paint, pastel, and murals. Her work centers human and animal subjects and often draws from her experience as an American woman of indigenous Chamuru heritage. She has lived in five regions of America and builds connection with her surroundings through creative research, which she then incorporates into her work. Her honors include the 2025 Providence Art Club Castelnovo Prize for Painting and first place in the 2017 Punto Urban Art Museum local street muralist competition. She is currently based in Providence, Rhode Island.
