📝 Adding a Listing
If your business isnʻt already listed in the directory, you can add it in just a few easy steps:
1. Create an Account
- Click the Login button in the top-right corner of the screen and Register, if you donʻt have an account, or Login if you do.
- Fill out your basic details (name, email, password) and confirm your email address.
2. Add Your Listing
- Once logged in, click the orange “Add Listing” button at the top of the screen.
3. Enter Your Business or Organization Details
- Fill in fields as completely as possible:
- Business Name
- Category or Categories
- Description
- Address (including map pin)
- Phone, Email, Website
- Business Hours
- Social Media links
- Logo and photos
- And, be sure to specify if the business is owned or run by a Pacific Islander!
4. Preview and Submit
- Review your listing to ensure everything looks correct.
- Click “Submit Listing” — our team will review and publish it within 24-48 hours.
✅ Claiming a Listing
If your business is already listed in the directory but you don’t control it yet, hereʻs how to claim it:
1. Search for Your Business
- Use the search bar on the homepage or click here to search for your business name.
2. Click “Claim Listing”
- On the business page, look for the “Claim Listing” button.
- Click it to start the verification process.
3. Verify Ownership
- Choose your preferred verification method:
- Email Verification (must match the business domain)
- Phone Call
- Upload a business document (e.g., business license)
4. Wait for Approval
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 24-72 hours.
- Once approved, you’ll gain full control to update, manage, and enhance your listing through your Profile page:
- Log in by clicking the Login button in the top-right corner of the screen and selecting Login.
- Once logged in, click the Login button once more and select My Profile. Youʻll see your Listings and the Edit and Delete buttons.
